Our Policies:
Booking
In order to offer a fair booking system to our customers all bookings are on a first come first served basis. Please note that your booking is not secured until your payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy​
Cancellation 90 days prior to booking start time: A full refund will be issued.*
Cancellation 89 days to 30 days prior to booking start time: A 80% refund will be issued.*
Cancellation within 29 days of booking start time. A housekeeping fee of £200 refunded only. *

*Refunds are issued via BACS or original payment methods, within three working days.
If any bank/card charges have been incurred these costs will be passed onto the customer at the time of the refund.

If you have booked via an external party, for example Air BnB, Booking.com or Expedia then you are subject to their terms and conditions which may vary from the above.
